About Douglas Beaman Associates

Douglas Beaman Associates LLC is an energy consulting firm based in Modesto, 
California since 1981.  Through-out the years our specific jobs have varied, we have 
always focused on residential energy conservation.  Currently we have three primary 
projects:

1.      Title-24 Energy Compliance Calculations and Documents
We provide the calculations and documentation required by the building 
department for compliance with the California Residential and NonResidential 
Energy Standards.

2.      Training
We provide training on a variety of energy conservation topics for Southern 
California Gas Company, San Diego Gas & Electric, Pacific Gas & Electric, 
CHEERS, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, as well as various private 
companies.

        3.       CHEERS^® Training, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support
                  Douglas Beaman Associates developed the training curriculum for the
                  California Home Energy Efficiency Rater Services (CHEERS) new
                  construction and HVAC change-out training.  We provide the training, the on-
                  going quality assurance of field raters, and technical support for CHEERS
                  Raters.
